In 1979, Beverage Body & Trailer Service, Inc., was started by owner George Clemons in Hollywood, FL. Their primary business was repairing and repainting medium duty trucks, mostly beverage trucks. In 1993, George shifted his business focus to beverage truck and trailer re-manufacturing.
In 1996, George opened his second facility in Leesburg, FL, near Orlando. Then in 1999, he opened his third facility in Emmaus, PA., near Allentown. With the continued success and dedication to quality services and customer care, George saw the need for a fourth facility in the Midwest United States.
In 2002, the fourth facility opened in Galion, OH. This 25,000 sq-ft facility was designed from the ground up to provide quality workmanship and unsurpassed customer service to our Midwest and surrounding states customers. Our primary focus is repairs and refurbishments of beverage delivery equipment, but we have specialized in several other areas 0f fleet and commercial equipment.
The Galion facility offers state-of-the-art processes with a crew of highly skilled and dedicated technicians to insure your complete satisfaction. In 2007, George Clemons retired, and General Manager John Schmidt purchased the business in Galion, OH. John was the General Manager for George since the facility opened in 2002. John changed the business name to BBT Fleet Services LLC, but our commitment to unsurpassed customer service and the same crew of 26 highly skilled and dedicated technicians have not changed.
We repair and refurbish all makes and models of beverage trailers, transport trailers, trucks and tractors. In addition, we pick up, return and offer loaner equipment while work is being done.
